The Welcome BBQ kicks off the year over a whole weekend (Saturday-Sunday): DJ set by Club Mix, brass band Fanfar'naque, photos by INProd, grilled food (meat, merguez sausages, vegetarian options like falafel), student-priced drinks, and entertainment. The End-of-Year BBQ closes the year on a single Saturday, celebrating the end of exams before the holidays.
What to bring: an eco-cup, sunscreen, your school t-shirt, sneakers, and a good mood.
The very first orientation evening at Grenoble INP, the one that mixes classes and schools. Large hall, renowned artists headlining (the 2021 edition featured Vladimir Cauchemar), shuttles back to the center of Grenoble at the end of the evening.
Three priorities set by the organizing team: prevention of sexist and sexual violence (dedicated stand, trained staff), responsible alcohol consumption, and hearing protection (earplugs available at the entrance).
The big sports and festive weekend at Grenoble INP takes place in mid-October. A parade starts at 7:00 AM from the Weil amphitheater courtyard (featuring decorated floats, banners, and school songs), followed by sports competitions from 9:00 AM: volleyball, basketball, soccer, adventure races, handball, tug-of-war, ultimate frisbee, and more. In the evening, one of the group's schools (traditionally Pagora) hosts the party. The following day, activities resume at 9:00 AM, followed by cheerleading performances at 4:00 PM and the announcement of the winners.

The unmissable event for winter sports enthusiasts, whether beginners or experienced, in partnership with Horizon Montagne – La Boîte à Skis. Three days (Thursday to Saturday) in mid-November, before the resorts open: skis, boots, snowboards, poles, helmets, goggles, suits, hats, gloves — at the Maison de l'INP or Escape. Mulled wine on site to get you in the mountain spirit. Card, cash, or check accepted.
