The Grand Cercle is a HelloAsso partner: affiliate your club to collect ticket sales, memberships and shop sales without commission, directly in the application.
Since the start of the 2026 academic year, the Grand Cercle is official partner of HelloAsso. In concrete terms: each club or association affiliated with the INP can connect its HelloAsso account to the Grand Cercle application for free to collect its payments (ticketing, memberships, shop, donations) directly from the app, without re-entry and without commission.

HelloAsso does not charge any commission or bank fees on payments made to your association. 100% of the amount paid is yours.

1. Create your account via the partner link
If your club doesn't yet have a HelloAsso account, you must create one using the Grand Cercle registration link below. This link automatically qualifies your organization as a Grand Cercle affiliate with HelloAsso.
2. Already have a HelloAsso account?
Contact the Grand Cercle team (see contact at the bottom of the page) to link your existing organization to our partner affiliation.
3. Connect the account in the app
Once affiliated, an admin from your club goes to the Grand Cercle app → entity management → «Connect HelloAsso», and follows the secure HelloAsso connection screen.

Nothing changes for your existing orders. Once your HelloAsso account is connected, all new payments (tickets, shop, memberships) will be processed through HelloAsso via the app.
