The Grand Circle Ski Swap<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n Every year, mid-November<\/b>, The Grand Circle is organizing its Ski Swap<\/b> to the\r\n Maison de Grenoble INP<\/b>, in Saint-Martin-d'H\u00e8res. During 3 days<\/b>, the partner brand\r\n Horizon Mountain \u2013 The Ski Box<\/b><\/a> y offers new and used ski and snowboard equipment \u2014 skis, boots, poles, technical clothing \u2014 at prices significantly below market rates, with its team on site to advise visitors on the choice and adjustment of their equipment.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n The Grand Cercle organizes the event, provides the Maison de Grenoble INP and handles the communication around the Ski Exchange; the sale of the equipment is entirely handled by Horizon Montagne \u2013 La Bo\u00eete \u00e0 Skis, an independent Grenoble store specializing in mountain equipment for over 30 years.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n Unlike most Grand Cercle events, the Ski Swap is open to everyone<\/b> : students of Grenoble INP \u2013 UGA of course, but also anyone from Grenoble and its surrounding area looking for affordable ski equipment for the season.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n
\r\n When does the Ski Swap take place?<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

\r\n Each year, on 3 days in mid-November<\/b>, generally from 9am to 7pm. The exact dates of the next edition are announced on the Grand Cercle's social media several weeks in advance.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Where is the event taking place?<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

\r\n To the Maison de Grenoble INP<\/b>, on the Saint-Martin-d'H\u00e8res campus \u2014 the place which notably houses the premises of the Grand Cercle.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n \u26a0\ufe0f Not to be confused with other similar operations organised elsewhere in Grenoble (notably by other structures) \u2014 the Grand Cercle Ski Exchange is held exclusively at the Maison de Grenoble INP.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Is the event reserved for students?<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

\r\n No: unlike most Grand Cercle events, the Ski Swap is\r\n free and open to all<\/b>, student or not, residing in Grenoble or the surrounding area.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n What equipment is available?<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

\r\n New and used skis, boots, poles, and technical ski and snowboard clothing sold by Horizon Montagne \u2013 La Bo\u00eete \u00e0 Skis. Prices vary depending on the condition and model of the equipment.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Can I sell or deposit my own equipment?<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

\r\n No: the Ski Exchange is not not<\/b> A garage sale or consignment sale between individuals. All the equipment offered comes exclusively from our partner store, Horizon Montagne \u2013 La Bo\u00eete \u00e0 Skis, which handles all sales. No trade-ins or drop-offs of personal equipment are possible on the day of the event.\r\n <\/p>\r\n

\r\n However, it is possible to bring your own ski boots to try them on and adjust them with equipment purchased on site.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n

\r\n How to pay on site<\/summary>\r\n
\r\n

Credit cards, cash and checks are accepted. A refreshment stand is also available on site.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n
